Where ScoutsCapital Is Today: Verified Football Data in Your Pocket

Verified football data for grassroots players: where ScoutsCapital is today, with a free profile, Premium analytics and the app on iPhone and Android.

DSDamien SchallerMarketing DirectorOctober 8, 2026

ScoutsCapital today is a live platform that turns verified football data into a free profile for every grassroots player. The app is out on iPhone and Android, the web app runs in any browser, and players and clubs in Madrid are using it this 2026/27 season to build a personalised profile with personal stats that are unbiased, taken from official match data.

On Tuesday we explained why we went quiet for a year. This post is the snapshot: what you'll find when you open ScoutsCapital today, who is using it, and what you can unlock with Premium.

What is ScoutsCapital today?

Strip it back and ScoutsCapital does one thing. It gives every grassroots player a place where their football lives on after the final whistle: a free football scouting profile that belongs to you, built from the official record of each match rather than from what anyone remembers or claims. Goals, assists, cards and matches all land there on their own.

Think of it as a digital football CV builder that does the writing for you. Around the profile sits everything that makes it worth opening on a Monday morning: a feed where players, teams and clubs post and share stories, a Matches section, direct messages, and the Arena, where your week of football turns into challenges and XP. People call us LinkedIn for footballers, and it's a fair shortcut, but at heart we're a free football platform built around the community, and it plays more like a game than a CV.

Is the ScoutsCapital app live on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The ScoutsCapital app is on the App Store and Google Play, and the same account works on the web app if you'd rather use a laptop. Your profile, stats and messages follow you between the two, so you can check last weekend's numbers on the bus and look at your whole season properly at home.

We ship updates regularly, and the latest one went out on 8 October. More are on the way, mostly fine-tuning how official match data comes through and how it shows on your profile. Launching the app and the web app together was deliberate: grassroots football happens on phones and in dressing rooms, but coaches and club staff often do their admin at a desk, and we wanted both to feel like one product.

How does verified football data reach your profile?

As soon as the referee uploads the official match report, the data is pulled automatically into the app and the web app and lands on the profile of everyone who played. How quickly depends on the referee, but most of the time it's there between one and four hours after the final whistle. Nobody types in their own numbers, and nobody's coach decides them for them. That's what we mean by verified football data.

The Matches section lets you browse fixtures and results day by day across the amateur football leagues in Madrid that we cover. Open a player profile and you'll see an overview with position, preferred foot and the season's basic numbers: goals, assists, yellow cards and red cards. Behind it sit tabs for posts, events, matches, stats, achievements, invites and career, plus a calendar of your matches and training sessions. Put together, that's how you create your digital football identity, and you do it simply by playing.

What do you get with ScoutsCapital Premium?

Premium is live now, and players and teams can buy it straight from the app. It turns your profile into a player performance dashboard, with far more data about your own game, including a Form Score and Career and Development tabs. In short, it's football performance analytics for players, built on the same official match data as everything else. The basic profile stays free, and we'll walk through everything inside Premium in its own post on 3 November.

The Arena is open to everyone. You pick challenges, such as scoring a set number of goals before a deadline, keeping clean sheets or getting through a month without a card, and they're checked against the matches you actually play. Complete one and you earn XP and move up the levels. There's also a Trials section, where open trials can be listed and players keep a trial card. It's quiet for now, and we'd rather build it up with real clubs than fill it with placeholders.

Which clubs in Madrid are using ScoutsCapital?

We opened ScoutsCapital at the start of the season to a group of teams, clubs and players in Madrid, rather than throwing the doors open to everyone at once. Right now a few clubs are testing it with their teams, and more have shown interest in Premium. We'll share more about them in due course.

Working this way is slower, and we know it. But every matchday teaches us something: a stat that looks odd, a screen that confuses a coach, a feature someone asks for twice. Starting with a smaller group in one city means we can fix those things in days rather than months. Next Tuesday we go back to the beginning, with how we got from an idea to a live platform, including the stretches that nearly didn't work.
