Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any ScoutsCapital service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using ScoutsCapital on behalf of a club, federation, or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Account information must be accurate. Misrepresenting identity, age, role, or affiliations is grounds for suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not use ScoutsCapital to harass, dox, defame, or discriminate against anyone.
Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to, match footage, third-party logos, or someone else's profile photo.
Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or to circumvent age, eligibility, or transfer rules set by football governing bodies.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. By uploading you grant ScoutsCapital a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and operate on your content strictly to deliver the service.
You are responsible for the content you publish. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Pricing is shown at the point of purchase and may change with notice.
Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with consumer-protection laws in your region.
Service changes
We continuously evolve the platform. We may add, change, or retire features. Material changes that adversely affect paid customers will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal exposure, or pose a risk to other users.
You may close your account at any time from settings. Closure does not refund unused subscription time unless required by law.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Scouting recommendations, ratings, and analytics are decision-support tools, not guarantees. Final scouting, contractual, and transfer decisions remain entirely with the human party making them.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutsCapital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ScoutsCapital against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
